BRAND NEW PRODUCTS

Expanded product range to suit the smallest pond, spa or Olympic sized swimming pool.
Three additions to the CENTUM range include the 380mm diameter 4.0492 recessed underwater spotlight, which produces an astounding 18,600lm output with asymmetric Mixflux optics to perfectly illuminate competition and sports swimming pools.
In the surface mounted spotlight range, the 226mm diameter 4.0290 features 4,600lm with 50° beam ideal for waterside architectural lighting and fountains up to 25m tall, while the 310mm diameter 4.0490 adds a real punch to water jets and fountains up to 50m high and can be submerged to a depth of 25m .
All these IP68/69 luminaires are constructed from V4A / 316Ti marine stainless steel and offer white light in 3000K, 4500K or 6000K along with RGB-W variant for dynamic colourful illumination.
DESIGN & BUILD QUALITY

In depth technical insights, including IP ratings and how the majority of Wibre products achieve the highest IP69 high pressure hot water-jet rating.
All Wibre underwater lights are 100% waterproof and rated IP68 to a minimum depth of 5m in accordance with the EN 60598-1 and EN 60598-2-18 standards.
To ensure optimum protection and reliability, Wibre significantly increase the test duration and the spotlight temperature during the certification process by applying a water pressure far exceeding the standard requirements.
In addition the majority of spotlights are now IP69 certified and, thus, protected against high pressure and high jet-water temperatures. Providing unparalleled protection and extreme robustness for particularly demanding environments.
During IP69 testing, water with a pressure of 100 bar and a temperature of 80 °C is projected against the enclosure of the luminaire from all directions (standard: EN 60529). The water is projected from a very small distance of only 10 centimetres lasting half a minute.
Reliability and Durability – Guaranteed

The Wibre range of underwater and wet area spotlights are designed and manufactured with the highest grade materials to ensure long and reliable service life.
Most fittings are constructed using medical grade 1.45761 stainless steel – more commonly referred to as ANSI 316Ti. This alloy is primarily used in shipbuilding and stabilised with titanium to provide exceptional corrosion resistance enabling long term use in urban and industrial situations with fresh or chlorinated water.
For saline applications, enhanced 1.4539 (ANSI 904L) stainless steel is used. Similar to the steel used for Rolex watches, this super-austenitic nickel-chromium-molybdenum-copper alloy is resistant to numerous organic and inorganic acids, making it ideal for salt concentrations up to 3.5%.
The tempered safety glass used in all luminaires is specially manufactured in Germany to provide impact resistance in excess of IK11 (EN 62262-2-75) to withstand accidental or willful damage. The clear Optiwhite has no greenish tinge enhancing the exceptional optical performance.

This careful selection of materials quality control processes, allows Wibre to provide a 10 year rust perforation warranty on all stainless steel products. In addition, the Centum range also enjoys a 5 year warranty include seals, cables & protective conduits. All other Wibre products have a 3 year warranty. (See www.wibre.de for warranty conditions)
CONFIGURATION
Clear graphics and visual guides to enable specifiers to easily select the ideal products and layouts for perfect illumination.
For example, the pages on 4.0052 illustrate optimal general illumination with 1m spacing along the pool length or a decorative application with random placement in the floor of a pool as a starry sky. Atmospheric effects can be obtained by side lighting steps or accentuating other pool details.

Illustrations with 4.0290 clearly show examples of placements for waterside architectural lighting or 25m tall fountains

BEAM ANGLES
The standard optics are identified by clear graphics along with any available beam options along with guidance notes.

SPOTLIGHT COMPARISONS
These simple diagrams efficiently show the sizes, lumen outputs and power consumption with each family, simplifying the selection of optimum product.
