With over 36 years of experience in lighting and professional services markets, I have a deep understanding of  European and global markets.

I am a growth-oriented leader who focuses on teamwork, financial performance, and strategic planning. I have successfully delivered margin and EBIT improvement strategies, new product sourcing and development, turnaround and realignment initiatives, and new business development for various clients and companies.

James leads on research and development of Light Projects’ products as well as over seeing their manufacture in our South London factory.

James is passionate about the evolution of our range and is adept at solving the most challenging of technical problems and identifying new ways to employ lighting technology across your schemes.

Much to the delight of the office, James technical expertise also extends to baking. His most recent Xmas cake was lauded as “the best ever baked”.

I have dedicated my career to date to the improvement of Electrical safety, efficiency and doing the right thing.

I once had a boss that told me that “integrity and honesty. When you have learned to fake them your on your way to your first million.” However this doesn’t sit well with me. So I’ll add when you have honesty and integrity your on your way to ten times more than your first million.

During this exciting period, LED lighting has truly taken over as the de facto standard in commercial lighting. I have held roles for organisations such as the YLP. And have completed the IOSH, CDM and various other courses.

The LEDification projects I have been involved with includes some major home retailers and utility companies.

Roger has over 35 years’ experience in manufacturing. He started life at LAMDA going on to be a lighting designer.

As UK representative for Wibre and RobLight Fibre Optics, Roger oversees the introduction to the UK market of the cutting-edge in underwater lighting technology, and its application to your projects.

As a lighting industry veteran, Roger has presented the application of lighting segments on the BBC, ITV and channel 4. To unwind, he likes racing and to bake bread with his wife at their home in Dulwich in South East London.

Experienced Sales Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the electrical and lighting manufacturing industry. Skilled in Sales, Business Development, Account Management and Lighting. Strong sales professional with excellent contacts within the lighting industry

Hayley enjoys expanding her lighting product knowledge and using it to answer your enquiries, recently becoming adept on underwater lighting products with our partnership with Wibre.

Hayley is a passionate Man United supporter and a keen foodie. Her current recommendation for a meal in London right now is the steak at Sexy Fish.

Greg works in R&D and researches and develops our new and existing products. He also supports supplier orders and ensures our products arrive yesterday when required.

Greg is passionate about the design process and identifying opportunities to innovate on performance with the most cutting-edge LED technology available.

Greg loves the NFL and especially the Philadelphia Eagles. When they won the Superbowl for the first time in 2018 he said it was the best day of his life! His fiancé was not impressed.

Sarah works in our Finance team and leads on processing invoices, payments and other accounts functions.

Sarah enjoys working in the lighting industry and is particularly interested in fibre optics, hates wasting paper and would like to see a paper less office in the future.

A proponent of #eatclean, Sarah is also the office fruit fairy and enjoys doling out free passion fruits to the Light Projects’ team.

A dedicated communications professional, I have extensive experience in a variety of areas including Public Relations & PR within financial services, education and hospitality sectors. A passionate team player, I possess a wide-ranging knowledge base that spans all communications disciplines for the purpose of providing advice on communication strategies to influence internal and external stakeholders whilst building brand reputation across the sector. An excellent communicator, I am known for delivering innovative solutions, and consistently achieving targets and goals through strong stakeholder engagement with all levels of staff, clients and partners alike.
