The LEDStar Spotlight range features 2-step white Cree XLamp® LEDs.

From the launch of the LEDStar range almost 20 years ago, Light Projects has continually evolved the range so that, as technology continues to develop, we’re able to incorporate the very latest LEDs.

The CREE XLamp® XP-G3 LEDs chosen for the replacement modules in the LEDStar1 and LEDStar3 ranges are optimised for directional, high lumen lighting.

With minimum 90 CRI in MacAdam 2 step binning and source efficacy up to 170 lm/W, TM30 performance typically shows Fidelity index (Rf) of 91 and Gamut index (Rg) of 96.

The third generation of this proven format provides predicted lifetime (LM80/TM21) in excess of 140,000 hours with 90% lumen maintenance (L90) at 25°C ambient. For more demanding environments (up to 50°C), 70,000 hours is achieved with slightly reduced output.
